Not only Delhi, whole India will become rape free. Women will live a secured life when capital punishment will become compulsory for every rapists. The suspects must be medically treated and the the criminals who are proved to commit the crime must be amputed.

It may sound harsh, but I fully support your views with a an addition. After preliminary investigation that proves the crime, immediately the criminal should be hanged without any delay.

In a rape case, not only the rapist should be punished, the people who teases and tortures the girl and her family must also be punished severely. Many people has tendency to do so just to take revenge. Many a times third person is also involved who gives money to a person to commit rape. That person, be a man or woman must be beaten in the middle of the street by the mob.

They did not care because they have been taught to stay away. Once they are allowed to teach the lesson without fear of corrupt system that has a law and bylaw to prevent them at every step to help people in need. Most people do not want to indulge in others matters fearing they might break some or the other laws. They do not want to take someone injured in an accident fearing that police will question or harass them unnecessary.
