Fruits in their original form will contain Fiber which has both nutritional and medicinal values. When fruits are made in to juice, the Fiber content will be lost. Hence it's advised to take fruits as they are.


Yes eating fruits is more nutritional than juices. Also all the extra sugar that you pour in the juice is not good for the health.


Nature has provided everything that a human needs for his happy and care free life. Humans, with their scanty knowledge violate the nature's set up and foolishly get themselves caught in the problems galore. A fruit is supposed to be eaten in its natura form. So are the veggies. Man cannot liveexactly like animals and hence some departure from nature is unavoidable. We cannot eat food that is entirely uncooked. But as far as possible, it is better to take vegetable and fruits in raw form.

Depart from the norms. Nothing wrong. But not at the cost of basic and vital ingredients..
Raw fruits can be good if the skin is cleared properly as due to high use of fertilisers, eating skins of fruits with fruit can prove to be bad for health.

All fruits cannot be taken with skin. Fertilisers will be there. you can't be away from them. If you want fruits sans fertilizers and chemicals you should go for fruits grown by organic farming.
