lady boss is always difficult for me, in the sense, female executives always go with manuals and rules, but some rules are there but they are difficult to attain.

Ladies are generally more strict and meticulous and so it is not easy to work under them. They also exercise extra strictness to prove that they are better administrator. But this also gives opportunity to improve. If somebody has successfully worked under a strict lady, his merit is proved and he has better chances in future. .

True. I have worked under one Sunita Budhiraja, an efficient PR women and never i faced any problem.

Men and women work differently, think differently in the same given work place. Women are more organized whereas men believe in completing their work.

Oh ho. I am curious to know the name of the lady you worked under. And as far as Mohan Manohar said, yes, lady bosses are a breed apart (not saying in the negative sense) and it's difficult working with them. Good that you had nice experiences.

That's the minimum you can do for getting an authentic information. Anyhow, Sunita Budhiraja was her name..
I would only say that committing any mistake is not a great thing but taking a lesson from it. Mistake is the base of our education (in anything), if we don't do mistakes, we simply can't learn.

It;s only a person who works commits a mistake. Mistakes serve as the warnings to be careful in further attempts..

She was a famous news reader. Not "Is" At that time there was only Door darshan. Now make sure if you were an avid news watcher on Door darshan at that time.
