The parties losing recognition as all India Party will get one advantage. They will be out of Right to information act. They will also not be allowed free party office at Delhi. However CPI and CPI(M) have already trheir head ofices in own buildings- Ajoy Bhawan C.P.I. and A.K. Gopalan Bhawan CPI (M). They will still contest elections as usual.

As far as CPI (M) and other factions of this party are concerned, they never proved their worth in the National level or regional level. Such parties should go away from the political scenario.
