Well said. Even if it's anage related ailment, A healthy life style is capable of eliminating not only Dementia, almost all the ailments. Sticking to it is good for all Dementia or no dementia.
Yes the article also suggests that activities like playing of chess, reading good books, writing, walking etc. can stimulate and improve brain activity and ward off dementia.
