Criticism, if healthy, should be taken in its spirit, because we know our words are not the final. But beware of those criticizers who criticize just for attacking and provoking the opponent, without any specific logic.

Yes, some people criticize out of jealousy and want to instill negativity and loss of confidence in the person. Such people should be ignored.

Keep those jealousy critics at bay by posing as if the critic is not present in the place. He criticises until his throat becomes dry and beat a retreat.

But it may not be possible to keep jealous crtics at bay all the time. So the best way it to answer them by defending oneself if you are on the correct side.

In such a situation you have to have the courage and patience abundantly.

Pateince is the key to control one's tongue and language in such situations.

The crux is not to draw swords.

Most people criticise for the sake of doing so or ut of spite so it is best not to bother about such criticism.Once you are able to know a person well you know whose criticism is to be taken seriously and not..

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Criticism that comes out from a known person leaves no room for judging whether the criticism is constructive or destructive.

Kabir advised- Nindak niyarare rakhiya (Be close to critics). Critics help you to improve.  You may easily discriminate between constructive useful and negative irrelevant.
