What do you mean by practicing "Instruments "?

Why do we procrastinate where knowingly everything about it seems to show not understanding any thing and this is an example of procrastination. AAP leaders are showing these signs one can related to them while understanding aspect of procrastination.

Simply put PROCRASTINATION is postponing the things which you are supposed to do. Is it all right?

Why we procrastinate: one could easily find the example of it and I think calling another procrastinate should provide that one finger is at yours understand it. as the thread is all about understanding why one procrastinate, simply make thing unhappy clumsy with continuous non stop conversation.
