All people feel grateful when they receive favour from others. Most of them express their gratitude using formal words. Some others express their gratitude using some respectful gestures, expressions in eyes or feelings from within their heart. Kindness does not perish; it is always returned to its source in one form or another.

Expression is impotant that clearly shows your gratitude. About the way how it's used is immaterial. Verbal or gestural .

Absolutely, the English word thank you if translated into my native language it would be 'Dhanyabad' as in a ways saying dependence to other. Most people while saying thank you forget that it is in English and it has wide connotations a wonderful word indeed but it depends upon people in front to realize this.

True. Many people do not realize the importance of this Magical world. By uttering this word one can be free from stress and have strong relationships.

I agree with you, some people do not understand the value of these simple words.

They look and sound simple but they go a long way in building up strong relations, which in turn contributes to a happy and stress free life.

Actually you don't even need words to express your gratitude or regret, our expressions and actions are amply enough...But when you can why not verbally show your feeling . It is also important that you should genuinely feel what you express !

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Yes. it need not be always a verbal expression to convey the gratitude. A mere bending of the head with a smile will do the magic that broadens the periphery of relations and enhances the health.

Reading your words, I'm smiling and nodding my head in agreement. That is sign of appreciation and at the same time performance of Yoga as well. :)

I cannot express my gratitude because you can't see me. It's possible only through Thank you.
