However, you cannot get into college because the tuition is beyond you. so how poor can get costlier education

    Maybe some minster like lalu prasad should think about special educational program...as lalu has previously start special A/c coaches trains for poor. :lol: :)

    This has been really emotional topic for me. Because I have been through it. When u r blessed with Talent and u know your Goal, but still you cant go further just because of Money.

    But If you think rationally mostly Great people also faced the same Issue. So may be I am going to be Great.

    There is provision of scholarships for meritorious poor students. Many benefit. But the affect of poverty cannot be totally eliminated. There is need to end poverty. Essential things like medical care, education, accommodation should be available to all. The Govt. has plans and implements then also but corruption is main obstacle.

    Talented people should not be denied of higher education just because of lack of money.The government should bring in more scholar ships and post graduation programs for them.

    Now scholarships are available for meritorious students and loans are available too but we have to address the basic problem spiralling costs of education!
