    Actually some people have got some extra talent like singing dancing drawing etc. Yet all those talents die along with their school or college lives and they keep those sweet memories as trophies in show cases. Won't try in that path since they feel, not worthy

    Both job and satisfaction are important. But if you are much in need of money then we can not do anything, we have to do the job which have no satisfaction

    No for me money is not important when satisfaction is concerned. I would rather stay jobless if satisfaction is not there.

    if in real terms then job satisfaction is more important than salary but sometimes you have to prefer salary first especially when there is a need of money.am i right?

    I personally love to work in an atmosphere which makes me happy though its remuneration may be low. I need work satisfaction and an interest. What about you?
