First price Rise by New Government

The new government has announced upward revision in Railway passenger fares by 14.2% and freight charges by 6.5%. Were not they who protested the loudest when UPA would increase prices. How roles change. Only the public gets same treatment. soon there will be rise in petrol and diesel prices. Onions are likely to touch Rs 100 per kg in October as per TOI report yesterday. Good prices are coming !

    UPAs blessings....However, Iraq crisis was unexpected and that has been the reason for price rise and unless things change for the better there may be more to come....Congress is very happy since ythey have something to make nosie about now instead of having others point fingers at them for their stupendous failure..

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

    An absolute truth. Rising up and up is the nature of Prices. But government is also helpless. new government has to use what they got from the previous government. We know what the new government has received from the earlier government.

    The economy's is being disfigured by earlier governments, which the present Govt has received. It needs lot of dedication and determination on the part of any government to bring back the economic condition back to its track. And the new government has that will to do.

    It is convenintly forgoten that Congress and BJP both follow same economic and fiscal policies. With change in ruling party, nothing changes as such. Just partis change position. There will be same acts and same reactions. Just roles have changed.

    And the same resources which are as good as not having them. Any government has to go for innovative ways to generate new resources that helps in boosting the exchequer.

    I know whichever govt. comes to the power, it is we the common people have to bear with the hike in prices. Also, the price rise doesn't guarantee you a ticket and neither does the condition of railways get any better.

    I know whichever govt. comes to the power, it is we the common people have to bear with the hike in prices. Also, the price rise doesn't guarantee you a ticket and neither does the condition of railways get any better.


    Hike in Railways is for its survival which is on the edge of collapse due to corruption and poor management. It doesn't assure you hike in quality.
