I know about this Chilkur Balaji Temple near Hyderabad. It is not uncommon to hear such offerings from the devotees if their wishes are fulfilled. Even in Tirupati temple such offerings are in vogue if their Wishes are fulfilled. But the difference is This Chilkur Balaji temple is exclusively known as the "Visa God."
