A great link. I had no idea about such Mudras because I am always away from such exercises but felt a need to practice these hand Mudras.

These Mudras are a part of Yoga. They are the simple hand postures. Each Mudra channelizes and helps in healing. For example  Gyan Mudra stimulates  pituitary and endocrine glands. Prevents insomnia and boosts memory.
