Sending through courier is safe. There is an alternate method. These days bank accounts can be operated in any branch. If the member furnishes bank particulars, the cheque may be straightway deposited in his account with an intimation to the member.

It is the best method for the payout. Then there is no delay in the receiving of the payment and no charges for this way.

Thank you Rakesh for understanding my suggestion. Most of bank accounts like PNB, ICICI, SBI are handled in all branches. So, deposit and withdrawal in any branch will serve the purpose.

So better to change this option. Then no delays, no charges. Main thing is it is very flexible to moderator too.

There is nothing comes free. Handling charges will always be there, time and effort in depositing in right bank etc will always be there. And don't forget, if you give wrong bank account number who to blame? So this kind of payment system will never works in reality.

Giving correct bank account is responsibility of the recipient. Even if cheque is sent by courier, the bank account no. and branch should be indicated on the cheques. This is done by mutual funds and other companies with a view to avoid debiting to wrong accounts. So, the suggestion is that even if cheque is sent through courier, bank details must be given on the cheque.

Maverick you can make a form for withdrawing money where member will confirm there core bank account number with IFSC code and payee name I think that can be easy for you also.
You can transfer money from your bank account to these accounts sitting at your computer
Yes thats a god suggestion.

I have a doubt. Now a new bonus is given by Boddunan that we can request a cheque at Rs. 750..then a total of 100 would be debited from the total amount of 1500.. :(

Thanks 'n' Regards,
Deepti.
