    The problem is that the number of women politicians is very small and when we would have good numbers of them that would help us in coming to any conclusion.Now it looks like a mixed bag!

    The women come from same background and environment as men. They have same education, training and needs. We cannot expect them to be better. Also we cannot expect them to be worse. Our approach in such matters should be gender free.

    ya i think women politicians are better . take example of our company where i m working right now before joining here i have worked in which of companies there were men only in administration and working with them a little bit tough than now . here now in current company there are women in administration and i am satisfied by working with them.
