    I will not choose either of these. I will choose the person I love not necessarily most provided that she also loves me even though not most.

    The ultimate relation is with one you love and she also loves. The girl you love most does not love you. So, hse is listed out. You do not love the woman who loves you most. So, she is left out. Then there is a woma whom you love and she also loves you but mutual love is moderate and not most. So, the moderately loved becomes natural choice.
