Do you have some links to support your answer?. If so, please do share so that we can get some clarity over this.
I think that a link to the article would have cleared everything but since Rajani is unable to post one it is very hard to judge about the accurateness of the article. I think the posted article must have been justified by the author by his view points and it is checked twice before get finally posted and hence there should be no doubt in our mind about it being an accurate one.

As far as I know starving aggravates the gastric problems among us and if we take some form of juice to replace food for a day or two it doesn't matter much...
