Moderator play an important role in the development of any website.if moderator are active.They can Develop a site and stop many kind of spamming activities to their site................

Developing a site is administrator's job. This needs technical expertise. A moderator only intervenes in discussions and ensures that there are no copied, vulgar or objectionable contents.
