I think using the same connection is not a big issue as long as the person is different and has his/her own bank account. I think if one use a different computer for this purpose, that should help him as that would save him/her from logging in and out every time. Also IP is not a big problem these days with easy availability of prepaid connections and modems. What I feel that if the PAN is made mandatory that will solve the whole problem and the funds transferred to a person's bank account in place of check payments. That would solve all the matters in one go. No person can have multiple PAN cards in different names.

Its very tough for a person to maintain multiple bank accounts as we all are aware that Boddunan pays through cheque. But on many of the sites accepts it if you go through intimation. :)

I am totally unable to understand about what you are trying to say. I only said that one person cannot have more than one name in different banks. There is no limit of accounts you can have in different banks in your own name.

He may operate from his computer and also from mine. all that is required is that the individuals should be real and not fake and they must log in separately. Obviously, two persons cannot work on same computer simultaneously. .

I do not know any sites that link ID to particular computer. Yahoo, Google IDs, Facebook, twitter all can be opened without any reference to particular computer. Any one can operate any internet account, yahoo, Google, Twitter or Boddunan from any computer with his ID and password. This is like ATM. You can use ATM card anywhere at any machine with your password. Your identity is by your name, father's name and Date of birth. If there is any doubt, see the Boddunan rules about opening new account or making a profile.

None of the ones you have mentioned are earning sites and you dont need to give your paypal or any other details there since there is no revenue generated ...it is a totally different with other discussion and article writing sites !

Do the rules in Boddunan say anything about UP address? I never gave IP address and operate from any computer- office, home cyber cafe and elsewhere. I gave my address only in payment profile. You just need to complete information necessary for making an ID in Boddunan. There appears no problem about IP address.
