    After creating a worldwide flutter with their earlier calender which ended on the 21st December 2012, now a new Mayan Calender for the next 5,125 years has been released for sale and this one has some new features as well..

    Each and every thing is commercialised now a days.Mayan Calendar is not the exceptional one.


    Of course , even the Mayan concept has changed with the times and they are keeping up with the times... :huh:

    Its Ok. A calendar should remain as a calendar. It should not make any crazy predictions like that of yesterday's


    That's true, but Mayans have a way of doing things and they have complied with that and drawn up their calender in stone and in other forms for the next 5000 odd years...it couldn't have been an easy ask to begin with...



    Could you please anyone let me know the cost of that Mayan Calendar (Hard Copy)? Is it available in India?


    Apparently they have it on stone and on paper, but just imagine the volume of it since it covers 5000 odd years and that itself is mind boggling...


    After reading through the link, I really do not understand if they are being serious or just funny!! :laugh: Anyway, if they really do have it on sale, I would like to have the stone version, it would look good in my balcony among the plants! :laugh: But I wonder if I might be able to afford it!! :blink:


    I think it just represents their own culture and tradition ...I too wouldnt mind the stone cversion since it looks beautiful and am sure I cannot afford it as well LOL :cheer:


    Yeah, these calenders especially the stones ones would be in a lot of demand, especially after so much hype about it,. the demand has probably sky rocketed! :cheer:

    Mayan Calendar is good sale product. People will buy that out of fun and curiosity. This is innovative sales product.

    Calenders do not make any difference in coming events. Whatever is happening has nothing to do with predictions and calendars. Let them publish and make profits by selling calendars.
