The Magistrate himself stated in the press statement that there is enough evidence against the accused.

Do magistrates issue press statements?[/quote

That's what the link in the thread says.

They cannot do so.
Magistrate issued summons in which he said ---- prima facie a case exists' and not a press s/m.[/quote

Then Let Gandhis sue the Magistrate.

Why should they sue? The magistrates is within his rights to issue summons giving reasons. You are stating that he issued a press s/m which is not a fact. Summons and press release are not same.

Agreed its not a press statement. But it has come in the news. That's the basis for our discussion. Certainly it's not press statement.

It would have given a wrong interpretation that is why I pointed it out. The contention seems to be whether a political party can give a loan. If yes then it may save them, if not then it can mean trouble.

There is nothing wrong in your pointing out. What is going to save them or what's going to bury them, law decides.

Gandhis are likely to appeal to High Court against issue of summons. The press would have collected news from court room. Te court proceedings are not secret. So press can entirely report the complete court order.

Of course they will exhaust all options that is for sure, but if there is a case noone can help them neither the sychophants nor the legal advisers surrounding them,,,the coming days and months would see many interesting developments on this matter

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

That they are in a helpless conditions they too know. Out of desperation, they try all options to prove that they are Angels.
It seems attending court to this summon is rare as they might go to higher court. But for sure medias now have plenty of news to cover.

The news that Gandhis may go to high court has already come in the media.
The congress laders are angry not because heir leader has done something wrong but the others had the audacity to bring it to the notice of the court ! can we expect anything better from them given the fact that they cannot see beyond the fake Gandhis ?
