Why should they sue? The magistrates is within his rights to issue summons giving reasons. You are stating that he issued a press s/m which is not a fact. Summons and press release are not same.

Why should they sue? The magistrates is within his rights to issue summons giving reasons. You are stating that he issued a press s/m which is not a fact. Summons and press release are not same.


Agreed its not a press statement. But it has come in the news. That's the basis for our discussion. Certainly it's not press statement.
