sunil- using public places on payment of rent temporarily is not so risky as the privately owned and managed ashrams. I don't say that the preachers be given any public place free of charge. Their sermon is also an event and like all other eents they can hire grounds, hotel space or other places and give the sermons. Crimes in private ashrams can be avoided this way. I favor abolition of private ashrams.
