Like every time, this time also Congress committed blunders especially it's VP. But it's too late. Rahul never had interest nor calibre to involve himself in Politics.

I feel that like Rajeev Gandhi who was forced into politics, Rahul Gandhi too has been forced by Sonia Gandhi and the sychopants to play a central role i9n the party leadership and he made a mess of it. But , I dont think that he would quit so easily, this might be a temporary phase for all we know..

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

May be a temporary phase. But hasn't he got common sense to realize that holding on to a sinking boat is an exercise in futility? Hey Ram! Please sprinkle a few drops of common sense on this man !!!

With what face will he face the party cadres. Defeats have not resulted in energising the party leadership to come out with strategies to revitalise the party. Their hope lies in BJP committing mistakes.

My sincere suggestion to Rahul is he should Join BJP. If one cannot beat , it's wise to join the BJP. It's here his welfare lies.

I am not sure if BJP will accept such a looser in its ranks :)

I too have my own doubts about BJP's acceptance of Rahul. But there is nothing wrong in trying.

BJP and allies won recently and Congress lost badly. The time span since the last parliamentary elections is too short for either BJP to lose and Congress to gain. As regards Rahuul Gandhi's role, it is entirely for Congress leadership to ponder over.

Asking Rahul to join BJP is not fair to both him and BJP. When BJP was not winning elections and was reduced to two seats in Lok Sabha Vajpayee and Advani did not join Congress. Similarly Naidu did not desert TDP and join BJP when he was elected out from AP. In politics ups and downs are a common feature.

While agreeing with you, I singled out Rahul because of its bad performance and almost all the bigwigs of congress are in a state of desperate condition. Of course, theunderlying humor in my response is intentional.
