BSF accused of being Criminal by Canada!!

A retired BSF constable Fateh Singh Pandher was denied visa to Canada. While rejecting his immigration request, the Canadian Commissioner cited Border Security Force of being a notoriously violent paramilitary unit that carries out systematic attacks on civilians!!!

    Canada government is racial. Being pervert minded, any silly arguments be given. Border Security force is intended to safeguard the borders and so the civilians trying to cross the borders from any side may accuse thus. But I do not know how Canadian High commissioner is concerned with such irrelevant accusations. If the government of Canada is opposed to giving visa to retired security personnel, Govt. of India may give similar treatment. It also appears that Canada has no force to safeguard borders because of a security pact with USA. Thus the BSF type organizing 'carrying out systematic attacks on civilians' should be in USA and not Canada.

    The recent news is that the Canadian Government is reviewing Visa to former BSF constable. The Government has distanced itself from the reasons given while denying VISA saying that this is individual decision of concerned official.

    Chinmoy- I think the Government of India took note of this and took some action. That is why the Government of Canada has distanced from earlier decision to reject visa and is reviewing the case of issue of VISA to ex BSF constable.

    More cases of denial of visa to ex para military forces have come to light. It is funny Canadian authorities are so racists that they are unable to differentiate between para military and terrorist organizations. It is reported that the government of India have a taken a serious view and the representatives of Canadian Government may be denied entry by Indian officials on landing at Indian air Ports.

    I think the whole problem stems from the fact that Canda unlike USA follows openness in disclosing the reasons for denying visas.I think the matter has been taken up with Candian authoriites and it has already expressed its regrets on the issue.
