    Even i used to throw the tv remote as whenever i see the tv my brother eat my brain to change the channel and we fight
    finally it leads to anger of me. and i threw the remote. Now i have changed the habit. if i get angry i do some work which will be helpful like workingonline, or planting plants, water plants, or cooking, or cleaning home etc

    No if my wife throws things in anger then i have to pick them and if i throw things in anger which is very rare then she has to pick them up and keep at their place. :laugh:
