Suicide by farmers is a very sad state of affairs. The govt. need to see that such conditions are created that farmers are not subjected to such circumstances where they are forced to commit suicide.
But the BJP leaders think otherwise. For them this is a fashion.

Gulshan Kumar Ajmani replied to the topic Today 14th Feb was the day when the death sentence was announced by the court to Bhagat Singh and his comrades. Today is also Valentines day. Who remembers Bhagat Singh?.
The fact is that 14th February is not in any way related to Bhagat Singh. The death sentence was delivered on 07-10-1930 and executed on 23-03-1931.
Hence the thread is without any meaning.

Nationalism does not mean loving ancient scriptures and worshiping rivers, trees, various deities and chanting Bharat mata ki jai. Nation consists of not only Hindus but also Muslims, Christians, Dalits and others. If you hate the vast majority of minorities, dalits, poor, lower castes (dalit) who constitute majority, you are ant nation despite your pretensions.

We need be cautious. This could be a trick to collect very high amount from people. If they fail on delivery, nobody may take efforts to litigate in view of small amount. Thus the company will easily gather huge amount without risk of litigation in courts.

One of the Noida based company is selling its smart phones at just Rs. 251. Rs. 40 for shipping charges extra. Its features are just like a costly smart phone, and many people are booking for it since morning. Its official site is freedom251.com.
A few years back Akash has also launched low cost tablets in India, but on booking they were delivered after months and years. Also their performance was not good.

Besides a strong infrastructure, naturally endowed things like Caves, lakes dense forests are to be exploited to the fullest extent. For example AP tourism development corporation arranges trekking, Safari and Boat trips. Besides, for Safari and Trekking , night shelters are arranged.
Tourism departments should be managed and maintained by experts in different spheres, Not just by Beaurocrates..

One other aspect that deters a tourist is poverty. No body wants to come to any place and be accosted by beggars. This is sad and unless we remove poverty , how will we attract more tourists? One of my friends from the US army who did the staff course with me came to visit some temples in South India and he was accosted by beggars and all sorts of people. He told me later he was not interested in a holiday in India.

Tourism does not only mean visiting temples and forts. It has to encompass many more things. Firstly there has to be proper infrastructure and secondly some avenues for other entertainment. One must remember that Las Vegas has more tourists coming in a month than entire tourist traffic in India for 2 years. Same thing with Reno and Monte carlo. I have been to Monte Carlo, which survives only on the tourist industry. We cant get more tourists when we enforce prohibition like in Gujarat.
These are just my thoughts, but see Japan, it is an ancient civilization, but there are so many avenues of recreation like golf, an water sports, not forgetting song and dance. I am very clear , how many times will a tourist come to see Taj Mahal, unless there is something more to it. More tourists only come when there is repeat value like Goa and its beaches.

Yes, every leader and his/her political party believes in having power and naturally appeasement of minorities is their vote bank. The worst point is that the esteemed universities are getting affected so badly.
