Can there be a life sans hurdles and , road blocks ? That's what life is all about. If life is that easy it would be simply Utopia where everything is in your lap. But , one should not forget that there are of course very few who overcame their physical short comings and stood heads and shoulders above all. Life is not a ready to eat  delicacy that comes  on a platter. . you have to choose all the ingredients required to make delicacy of your own.

Actually, life is full of hurdles that's why many people become victim of suppression, of any kind, because very few have that strength to handle all the hurdles that take place at a same point of time. Those who give up are not always to be blamed of lacking guts and honesty rather they become the victim of the circumstances which play a pivotal role.

Humor is required some times . But it should be related to the content of the post. Sarcasm indicates the other member' s inability to express his own view. Inability to add something of one's own kills the very spirit of the forum discussions. For example a member posed a question, " Why Modi is Silent ? the reply was perhaps Modi is maintaining " Maun Vrat. " This is alright and very much related with the content of the post. Sarcasm, calling names are undesirable.

Political leaders do not have any other view except building and strengthening their Vote Banks. And one thing about our political I want to add is, they divide the country on caste basis and create caste based rivalries. The more they are successful in this endeavor, the more, the political parties reap the benefits. In this process only the people are the losers.

Since our childhood we have been taught that India is a secular country. But when we get the experience of our practical life, everything looks false.  From the child birth certificate to filling the government job form, everywhere your cast and religion identity will be asked why? If we are one then what is the need to ask such questions that too in a government form?  Recently the way beef matter become a political issue says all the truth about our political parties and leaders. No one looked to bring some solution to this sensitive issue instead everyone got busy to make their vote bank stronger.  What they want to achieve in creating such big gap between people of India? Can we call them secular leader of secular India?

@usha manohar I must admit that the thread you have started is very meaningful. I say this because I feel we as adults must all know how to maintain the decorum of a forum. In my opinion humour is fine unless it's not too sarcastically directed towards anyone. I would go with the third point that you mentioned and keep an option open for the first point which may take place. I am against the practice of name calling, even indirectly, in the forum. This is truly unethical. Right here, I can point out the names used by a member but I would prefer not to do so. Secondly, supporting both the sides of a discussion seems quite baseless. If we all follow this pattern then discussion can be very healthy even though with opposite opinions.

Jeets said thank you to rambabu for his/her reply to the topic You can hold someone’s progress but can’t stop for forever..
Yes. Walking along with truth and honesty is not an easy task But certainly not impossible. This is for the same reason Achievers are very less and non achievers are more. Let me tell you for a determined person with tons of confidence in his abilities will certainly makes to the top though not sooner may be later.

Yes, walking along with truth and honesty is not an easy task but keeping quiet while watching injustice happening is also not good. We know that everyone can not be in same position to oppose but those who can, should stand up and do this for the society. It is not only about an organization but in every part of our life.

For me an ideal discussion is like Indian Masala movie where you should have emotions, aggression, drama, action along with knowledge sharing. But at the end we should feel comfortable to each other without having any negative feeling about other member. Also as mentioned above that a member should feel free to voice out anything (without hurting other's sentiments). Sometimes we might have heated discussions but as a matured mind we should take it positively.

This is competitive world. It is natural that competitors would not like you to progress. You go ahead in spite of obstructions. I may narrate a story here. Once a soldier suddenly laughed in the royal court. The king asked the soldier what made him laugh. The soldier refused to reply. The king ordered him to leave his kingdom. The soldier joined army of the neighboring state. The soldier got promoted as army chief within a year because of his merit.  One day the king asked that soldier to make war with the adjoining state from where the soldier had been banished. Soon  that soldier, now general of the neighboring state, waged a war against his former king.  He won and the king was arrested. The king of the neighboring state was happy and he appointed him as his representative for ruling the state.  The General (ex soldier of defeated king) said- sir, That day I had just day dreamed exactly what you are seeing today. If I had told that day that my dream is to become ruler of this state, you would have executed me. This story just tells that there will always be obstructions on your path. Just work silently on your ambitions and you will succeed.
