But people when money is seen will fall automatically. Some may argue that Tata had enough money and no need to corrupt. That is the way our thoughts go.

Let such persons compare Tata to Birla and Ambanis. For progress, we need not only honesty but also hard work and ambition. A dishonest and corrupt hard working person is preferable to a lethargic lazy person. Honesty without ambition to grow rich is meaningless. We need to work hard, make money and make nation prosperous. The honesty of fakir is of no use.

A dishonest and ambitious person is as bad as an upright lethargic person!
It is good to highlight this good behaviour of these corporates as people have different concepts about them.

There are many honest who do almost nothing and are lazy

There are many who are corrupt but work hard and achieve for themselves and nation.

But there are very few who are honest, sincere and also achiever.

Tata is honest and achiever. This is rare

Well said Gulshanji. I respect the honesty of TATA. Young entrepreneurs should learn many things from him.
Ratan Tata may merely be following in the footsteps of his illustrious predecessors but he is a person to be reckoned with and admired! Honesty and integrity coupled with so much temptation for more money and power is a rare quality! Similarly, I respect Mr. Narayan Murthy too along with Ratan Tata, in fact a little bit more because Mr. Murthy started from a humble background and built an empire and still remains a humble, gentle and a down-to-earth person!

Let me explain that Tata group is not a family concern in spite of Ratan being a Tata. So, there is no inheritance. Ratan Tata took over from Rusi Modi. Any one not necessarily a Tata may be head of this group.
