The link doeas not give reason as to why women get more scared. It appears that social conditioning puts men in active and women in passive position. So, a man gets the feel that he is the source of horror and not victim. A woman feels as victim and so is scared.

Actually,scaring varies from person to person.Even there are women who are not scared and men who get scared.
yes i agree with this sentence and i also support thiswomen are more scared than other.
women always watch rona dhona crying serial of sony, colours, zee tv, starplus etc etc.

All women do not get scared.I know some who are too much brave.Generally they do not like horror.

As written in the article itself that women could anticipate events before it actually takes place so they are more prone to get scared than men who actually does shy away from anticipation or expecting things to happen until the time it finally happens.

But I believe that in modern days this trend or characteristic of women has changed to a great extent and we do get acquainted with circumstances where women acts bravely and in fact the men are more scared than women whether its a horror film or real life...
