I switch over to doodling., I simply get away from that place. Change of scene will restore your lost sharpness of your brain

doodling can't be done purposefully. Right?


That's an attempt to divert my mind. And it works for me. For example yesterday i was disappointed greatly while making a quiz. Luckily Administrator came to my rescue and instructed me. During this period i was doodling a lot. As a result i could create quizz


Diverting your mind to some other thing is the only way to relax. I do that on most occasions and find it working for me. :)
Even healthy meals can help us to reduce depression !!! I am hearing about it first time. Personally I do talk with my family members about my depression which gives me little relax instantly.

Taking time off of work will reduce your stress. But there are other ways too

Diverting your mind to some lighter and less stressful activity certainly helps when you are depressed, and also going to the root of the matter as to why you feel depressed certainly helps...

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

When We feel depressed we must forget about the work for that moment and should relax our mind we will then definitely find solution to our question.
