YEs they willl kill the people in the name of god.

The terrorists are extreme religious fundamentalists and their mentors believe that their religion is best and only hope. They even go to extent of killing followers of other religions. Thus religion- at least its extreme fundamental face- is anti human and poisonous.

The whole concept of religion was created by mankind, like everything else it has its side effects and, its superstitious beliefs are still rooted in our minds. Religion has given only one thing, that is hatred among people. It is too late to change this belief, at least not for the next 100 years. When human race chooses the path of atheism 50% of problems will be solved.

The whole concept of religion was created by mankind, like everything else it has its side effects and, its superstitious beliefs are still rooted in our minds. Religion has given only one thing, that is hatred among people. It is too late to change this belief, at least not for the next 100 years. When human race chooses the path of atheism 50% of problems will be solved.

Religion cannot be wiped out directly. But rational and scientific attitude should be encouraged. This will remove the harmful affects of religion.

Religion cannot be wiped out directly. But rational and scientific attitude should be encouraged. This will remove the harmful affects of religion.

Majority believes in religion but most of them will not go to extreme like attempt to physically enter 'swarg' , human sacrifice and other tantrik activities. We may promote rational and scientific outlook without directly criticizing religion. I had watched the TV show on this event. Some religious saints were on dice. They emphasized that religion is against suicide.

Yes...mainly events like this happen in rural India. We can't blame the people for this, because they are just puppets in the hands of dhongi babas. The people in rural areas should be educated about the importance of science. Their religious beliefs can be modified.
