Yes, not all yoga postures are recommended for all. Hence, one has to be careful in practising yoga as well.

There is a purpose and procedure for each Asana. For example, a particular Asana is not suitable for pregnant woman. For insomnia, Corpse posture or Shavasana works wonders.
