    youtube has carved out a niche for itself in world wide web and so it is difficult to beat youtube. yahoo would need to brush up all it's methods to reach that level.

    yahoo needs alot of hard work and time to compete with the you tube. It should know what the primary steps you tube has been taken and how it succeed and prepare according to it.
