    I am not saying that,I mean some time a small punishment help us to go in right track.


    Yes small punishment is OK but some of the parents make it a harsh which may lead a child to go to wrong track. :)

    Every one is chided or beaten by elders in childhood. This is not so significant. What is more important to ask is whether you were ever beaten by your wife or husband and why.
