    Most of the time i don't do the mistakes knowingly and if do it then there is certainly a motive behind it.That motive can be anything but surely its not to hurt anyone. :)

    We should avoid doing mistakes particularly if we know they are mistakes. There is no harm doing them once for a trial because we learn from our mistakes. :P

    Whenever we misuse anything that falls under mistake done knowingly. :)
    For example, as per my company rules we are not allowed to use internet. But i am using it daily. :)

    I agree with you that human commit mistakes but we should accept them gracefully and never make them a issue. That makes things worse.
