Everyone knows that more than 12000 stone pelters were released for being "First Time Offenders" a couple of months before. How did they know that they were first time offenders if they were unidentified? Actually no one wants to take any action against them calling them children while in fact they are hard core paid tools of ISI or other terror groups. Army can straighten them up with in a week if given a free hand beside they will have to think seriously to amend some laws in the state or be prepared to see the valley go if not all the state of J&K as per their wish and become another headache area on Indian borders under influence of China and Pakistan.
