I agree.  ii is not easy to know which Book on Mahabharata is genuine and which is fake. I read the Mahabharata written by Vyasa. And I also used to hear regularly, Harikatha's  on both both Mahabharata and Ramayana.

Baghvad Gita is the essence of Mahabharatha on which there are no disputes.

,Mahabharata is one of the two major Sanskrit epics of ancient India. The the other is the Ramayana. none of them have disputes. Disputes are created by the self appointed religious Gurus,Mahabharata has a plethora of life lessons, which are useful to all.

Can you name at least one or two of these self appointed religious gurus ? or are simply shooting away as always to gain points ?

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Radhe Maa to Sarathi Baba, all are self styled religious Gurus.

No they did not write mahabharata, but to win over the people with their false beliefs.

Bhagvat Gita, the essence of Mhabharata teaches a big lesson to all "Karma or your work is your worship. You should do your work without worrying about the result or without expectation".

But if you see these self acclaimed Gurus, they distort the fact and make you God fearing by instilling the fear of Good karma ad bad karma and what you migth suffer. So they enforce result on you, something you do not need to worry about

I am open to experience what life's mystery bag holds for me

The entire gist of BhagavatGita can be stated  to be an allegory to explain fundamental, explicit hidden truths of life. The fight between Pandavas and Kauravas demonstrates the ever going fight between Positive and dark forces of nature.

Religion is a business for these self acclaimed Gurus.

At least when you copy and paste , which is almost always the case , have the decency to give credit to the source rather than claim as your own post ...
