    I dislike bad combination in food. Once I noticed a customer asking waiter to serve Bhature with Sambhar. The waiter was obviously perplexed. The combination should be either Chhole Bhature or Idli/ Dosa Sambhar. This is like wearing necktie on Dhoti Kurta.
