My experience says. any intake in moderation, followed by a regular regimen of physical activity. will do all the magic. Remember not necessarily a fancy Gym. A brisk walk for 20- 25 minutes will keep you in rip top condition all along the yeare, withoit an inch of fat around your waist.

Sasi has meant that the potato helps in weight loss if it not cooked using oil.
But I am aware of any method to cook potato without using oil.
Also I have never heard potato will reduce weight.
These foods look great but some are not available in India! Actually if you want to lose weight, you have to eat a moderate amount of proper well balanced diet and complement it with regular exercise. Only then can you lose weight, only eating certain foods will not help any one lose weight!


I too would agree with that ! I see some old timers looking trim all through their life eating what they want in moderation and keeping themselves busy all the time. They have no major health complications ...
