    Not only reading  News paper. Even if you take your pet dog for a morning in the early hours, it keeps your mood fresh and positive. Additionally, the precursors of vitamin D, that is molecules that produce the vitamin present in your skin are activated by the Sun. This practice of exposure to the morning Sun, invigorates you . It keeps you active all along the day. This is a simple way to achieve positive thoughts.

    Rising up early is good enough. Either do simple breathing exercises like Paranayama or going for a walk will certainly elevates your mood. Getting positive attitude is not that difficult as people think.
