If its your daily habit to sleep till late morning then it is bad for health.
It is good to have atleast 8 hours sleep but sometimes i too dont have that much time to sleep. :P :)
Nothing beyond limit is not good so also sleep for long time.
By the way are you working in shifts? A sound sleep for even 5 hours will keep you energetic throughout the day.
SLEEPING TILL MORNING 11AM IS NOT A GOOD THING. THIS CAUSES ALOT OF HEALTH DISTRACTIONS. SO WAKING EARLY AND SLEEPING EARLY IS GOOD FOR HEALTH.

It is very bad habit to sleep so late you become lazy and your whole day spoil.
I think if it is sunday then its ok but mostly office time is 10 to 6 so you must awoke at 7.30 am. if you sleep at late night then taking sleep 6 to 7 hours is must to get refreshment.

Sleeping till 11 means it is really bad. because waking lately disturbs whole day. you wake at 11. you get fresh and all it may take 12 . So at that time you cannot have breakfast or lunch. whole day you will feel lazy and sleepy
