Different colours of rice...orange, red, green, yellow. It was my hobby to categorize them according to colours!!

My mom prepares a wonderful chicken biryani, I love it alot. Last sunday i learnt it from her. and one of her student prepares a mutton biryani wonderfully. Till now i never tasted mutton biryani. I got recipe from her. Need to try to prepare.

i love Chicken Biryani with only one leg piece enough. yammy test.
I will select veg Biryani because I am vegetarian and do not eat chiken and mutton.

I had ate Chicken Biryani, Veg Biryani. But i don't prefer rice very much. When i go some where outside in Hotel or Restaurant, then i try some of varieties of Biryani.

Want to make each day Accountable

As I am a south Indian, so we prefer rice items. I love biryanies very much. But they should be tasty.
