i really feel proud whenever i see India map. don't we think that our map is somewhere unique from other countries.

Maps of all the countries are unique in their on way.. Each country has a unique set of natural features like rivers, mountains, grasslands and deserts. Some have no seaside at all, completely and locked on all sides unlike India which has a very long coastline which is very advantageous.
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

There are advantages and disadvantages of having a long coastline. Transport and trade will increase. Fisheries, Pearls, Salt production provide economic opportunities to people. While the disadvantages are, places located near the coastline are vulnerable to Cyclones and other natural disasters.

Interactive Map of India is quite interesting. The other interesting features like Ancient India, Medieval India and modern India are dealt deeply.
