And the parents seeing the Sops think how fortunate their child is getting educated in an A/C room. And exactly this weak point is the target of the educational institutes. The management of these educational institutions are damn sure that many parents fall in the trap. And the parents in their turn vie with each other to get a seat in the school. This attitude of the parents should immediately change. They should realize it's the merit that takes the child ahead, not A/C rooms.

Absolutely agree with you..merit is what counts not a/c or uniforms or hundreds of co-curricular activities

It's high time parents should come of age. Unless they see the realty in its right perspective , child's future becomes bleak and the faulty education system continues forever.

All parents want the best for their children, but they need to choose and invest wisely for their children's future in terms of quality of education and not just money.

Parents started realizing the truth in the emptiness of the educational institution's performance. Seats in many institutes are lying vacant now. The desperate education institutes are throwing many baits to the parents like never before.

Even teachers should be hired only on the basis of good qualification rather than reference. A good paycheck to teachers can also contribute to imparting quality education.

Pity is even the teachers are the ex students of such pseudo institutes. Trained teachers are scarce now. The best solution is to de recognize such bogus institutes.

In the education market demand for good seats is high and supply is low so money power comes into play.

It is actually the other way round since people with money buy seats, hence the deserving students do not get the seats in educational institutes.

The money part I was talking about- is even in play groups and kindergartens..schools charge way high..it is as if they make it mandatory for both parents to be working so that they can afford a good school.

True..sometimes ex-students..go on to become teachers in such institute to carry on the tradition of imparting low quality teaching. But am sure there must be some exceptions to it..some ex-students do prove to be good teachers.
