Someone I knew who came for a vacation from Abroad was telling me that when she called up people asking them what would be the suitable time to visit them, almost all of them give a time when there is no serial being aired.She was amused that housewives and even working ladies plan their daily routine depending on the serial timings !

The elderly lady I mentioned in my earlier post, should someone happen to visit them for some work or other purpose when serials are being shown, she is quite gruff with them or at times when the plot is intense in a particular episode, refuses to speak at all! :blink:

The sway of TV serials over women is honestly beyond logic ! I too have seen people getting irritated when they get disturbed even by their own family members while watching a serial !

I feel that watching movies and cartoons is much better than that.

I hate these Saas bahu serials but I am forced to see those serials along with my wife. :laugh:
