Anyway now am telling about ground nut chutney.

Just first fry groundnut without add oil and all. then prepare thadka for it i mean seasoning. then take a mixy add ground nuts chili powder and green chilly and grind. then add this seasoning in that mixture.

I think Sarala is a chutney specialist.


But am a specialist for human chutney... :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I have already tested Kumaresh Chutney :P :P :P :P

I don't know how to make chutneys but i like pudina chutney mixed with garlic,MAGGIE tomato sauce though it is not chutney actually. :)

I love mango chutney with lots of coriander leaves and tomato. If we mix some green chilly that makes it great.

Sandhya i am waiting for your chutney recipes. When will you post. you posted only one that is coconut chutney recipe which is similar, we just use ground nut oil instead of coconut oil

We do not use any oils in any Chutney. That will make it different.

we use oil for seasoning, but not in the chutney.

one more special chutney we make is coconut chutney as i have specified before but even add curd in it this gives more tast
