B) Yes we can say it madness but fan of Amit said that it is love and affection. It is not good practice. Earlier some person compare Indira Gandhi with Durga Mata.
Actually this is one type of madness. Amitji is a human and works like all other. He is a good man but not god.

Even i agree with it people should not make human being God. Let God be God and human being be human. No man however successful he or she is can take God's place. :blink:

On Fox Traveller one show comes " It happens only in india". I have seen in that show that in kolkata there is one temple where Amitabh is worship everyday. People has a great faith.

Worshiping celebrities is just a waste of time. Before 6 to 7 years back most of the fans pour milk over the hero's cutout in tamilnadu. But now its not happening anywhere in tamilnadu.

Yes some fans do anything for the celebrity they love..They cross any limit...like commit suicide if the film gets flop.. This is extreme case. I don't think Amitabh ji himself thinks he is god as long as that continues nothing harm to society.. But this type of worship and temple exist all over India for many celebrities...

Ya, Rajani you are right. Amitji never felt or think of himself that he is a God but his fans feel about him like that. Feeling about the celebrities as God does not harm anyone so there is no problem at all

It certainly creates a wrong and undesirable precedence that leads to fanaticism. The downfall of Hitler to Rajesh Khanna are the standing examples of fanaticism.
