Sri Ganganagar is one of  the first well planned city of modern India. This city was influenced by the Town planning of Paris. Its natural beauty was retained in tact.

Well,I remember what S.K.Dutta Roy had to say about Dr.Subramaniam Swamy while introducing him to the audience of which I was a part in a symposium at Netaji Bhavan. It ran somewhat along these lines: Have the honor of introducing this gentleman to this house whom you already know to be a flaming crusader but the problem with this crusader is that at times he doesn't what his crusade is all about!! This triggered a quake of laughter at Netaji Bhavan.Need I add anything more?

Misusing of power is not restricted to a particular gender Both men and women indulge in misusing the power. No need to blame any particular gender.

Yes running away to an open area is best one precaution, I also think for it but I did not.  I can understand Anil. We panic and become motionless during a crisis. Our mind becomes numb. Very few will stay alert and do what's required to do. it is right that in problem mine becomes numb, but it is not problem with me. Indeed I want enough time to move. First to put on shoes, that open walker, there after I can walk. I know Anil. it takes time for you because of your problems. But I think even if you walk, it will be slow is not it  Yes it is slow but I can. Great. But during such crises times like earg quakes and Tsunamis, every second counts. You have done what you could due to your bad healt

Differences are far too many to even think of a possibility like that. Being cordial with each other is all we can hope for. I have stayed in Punjab for quite some time and I know many of the families there have gone through the pain of partition and have relatives across the border. But I've also seen the tension there. Even India Pakistan cricket match used to seem like a war !!     I agree, hoping and wishing for a unified Pakistan, India and Bangladesh is a distant dream and just that, a dream. People have moved a long way apart and no one wants the union to happen and it is not even feasible and practical. So all we should hope and for and work for is something on the lines of European Union, existing peacefully along with others and not generally interfering in each other's internal affairs. But that too is something that only India can try and achieve, hoping that to happen from other two is again impossible. When there is a complete lack of trust it is next to impossible for the two countries to come together let alone unite as one. Practically speaking, however much Indians may want to reclaim back Pakistan which was part of India, it would be like opening Pandora box which could only bring in problems galore , as if we don't have enough of our own now ! You are right, Unification of India and Pakistan is far-fetched. Indeed some citizen of Pakistan is not like to stay there. These Hindus, Sikhs and Muzahadin. Muzahadin are Muslim who were migrated from India at the time of Particians. Here is link to know what is the condition of Minorties in Pakistan. https://twitter.com/noconversion/status/659230633844015105?t=1&cn=ZmxleGlibGVfcmVjc18y&sig=e7cb6d594260c303b24bd1f1bf3a8fd28bd94532&al=1&refsrc=email&iid=d8ff8312d3c24d7fb3c0dbd093b4c3d8&autoactions=1446024719&uid=438467000&nid=244+591 True. Unification is possible only when there is mutual trust. And this trust is totally absent between the two countries. A Muslim sees a Hindu with suspicion. And Hindu sees a Muslim with hatred and doubt.Basically the partition took place due to lack of mutual trust and hatred between the Hindus and  Muslims. Now with regular provocative cross border firings and providing shelter to Terrorists by Pakistan has confirmed that Unification is not possible.

rambabu replied to the topic Politicians and Tantriks .
Yes. Politicians' always look for a way that ensures not only to win an elections but complete elimination of their political rivals. This trait can be seen in non - politicians also. We have seen many a human sacrifice cases to unearth hidden treasures.

anil wrote: usha manohar wrote: Most importantly, many people are not aware what their choice of profession is when they are too young and they also get swayed by the others opinions and views. But when there is need to change it is wiser  to accept it as a challenge and give out our best. There is no perfect choice , an individuals attitude towards his profession is what  counts. At present if any one don't know about his/her choice of profession than they are like a traveller who don't know where to go. A saying is there. Morning promises the day. Akin to this, What a child is going to become in future is indicated by the traits and behavior in the child's behavior. A vigilant parent notices it and guides the child in to the future. Unfortunately many parents miss this vital factor.  Srinivasa Ramanujan learned College level mathematics by age 11. who later went on to invent Number theory. And he was from a poor family and he never had the guidance from his parents. It may be an exception. But the fact remains that these factors should not be ignored by the Parents

I always believe that parents must be very co-operative when their child are about to choose their career. They should be supportive and not forceful, must openly discuss about the pros and cons of the career and leave the final call on the child. Parents' helping guidance always leads the child to select his/her career in a better way.

@rambabu men suffered earlier too but we only considered the cases of women because the ladies openly cry and express their pain while men sob silently. Thus, I feel it's high time that our law should take care of this or else that day is not going to be far away when men will shy away from marriage

FORGIVE & FORGET - Is it easy if the other person is one whom we actually care for??? Or Is it the most difficult thing???? What I feel is everything rest on our expectations from the other person. Sometimes I feel it's easy to accept mistakes and negatives of our dear ones and not in the case of others. But at the same time, I often feel we easily forget other people's mistakes who never form a part of our life and never easily forget the wounds given by dearest ones. WHICH CONDITION DO U FEEL IS RIGHT????

@anil I have not accused any general person, it was an answer to the question raised by @vijay. Without harming others we should take care of our own people and nothing is wrong in it unless some unfair means are used. I said that politicians are mainly blamed for it because they only love themselves. They will not even spare their own loved ones if their personal interest gets a blow.

That means we, humans, have no power of creation or destruction. These powers are vested in somebody whom we don’t know or is beyond our knowledge.  ....We are just witnesses, watching the wonderful world like a bewildered child, but pretending like a colossal genius. There is no doubting the fact that human brains are superior to that of any other living creatures known to us so far. Collectively men have achieved so much ..It is unfair to compare human beings to nature but at the same time human achievements cannot be overlooked nor are they insignificant .
