    similarly, Mayan calender is going to meet the same fate.


    Nowhere in Holy Bible mentioned the particular date regarding world end. People create myths which spread rapidly across the world.

    why such a news spread world wide?
    what about 'Anthya Christhu'? hoping you know the Tamil translation of this word.

    All these are exclusively myths. No religion in this world has mentioned any specific year or date for the end of world.

    It is similar to our own Hindu mythology about Kaliyug and the world ending with a pralaya which in effect means a huge wave.We had Tsunami and the recent disaster at Newyork. However, no matter what anyone might say, there is no scientific proof for this, so all that we can do is wait and watch...if it ends ,so it ends and we all go together...

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

    Should physical punishments be given to school children?

    There is a huge debate whether physical punishments should be given to school children or not and everyday we come across about this or that in the newspaper and medias that very often the students are punished and tortured by their teachers. There are a section of people who thinks that physical punishments should not be given to the scholl children and rather it should be dealth with by having a cool chat with the kids while there is another section of people who thinks that in some cases it becomes necessary.
